How much do you charge?

I charge £60 per session. 25% discount on first session. £30 for students. I also offer discounts if you are facing financial hardship.. Call me to discuss how I can accommodate your needs.

Can I have a free consultation to help me decide if counselling is for me?

Accepted Answer

Of course. I can arrange a free 20 minute telephone or online video consultation where you can ask me questions, tell me what you'd like to talk about in our sessions and get to know each other a little. This is a no obligation consultation, after which you can take time to decice whether counselling is for you. If you do decide to try counselling, It’s worth trying a few sessions to see if it helps. However, you are not required to commit to a minimum number of sessions.

Do I have to book a certain number of sessions?

Accepted Answer

No. Once you start with counselling, you can decide when to stop. I may recommend a certain number of sessions, depending on the issue you have, but ultimately you decide when to stop. You can always come back to counselling when you're ready for it.
