About me
Hello, I’m a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As part of my training, I worked with clients at the Macmillan Cancer Support Service at Manchester Royal Infirmary, where I developed experience supporting people through difficult and uncertain times.

In my work, I aim to help clients better understand their anxiety, feel less overwhelmed by their thoughts, and develop ways of responding that bring greater calm and confidence in everyday life.

Outside the counselling room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, particularly hiking in the Peak District. I also enjoy going to the gym (balanced out with a healthy appreciation for cake), reading, and listening to podcasts.
If you’d like to find out more about working together, you’re very welcome to get in touch by phone or email.
